• 車両レベルを考慮した、EPS（電動パワーステアリング）システムへの要求仕様の分析と明確化を行う。


• EPS機能試験等を台上実験設備にて実施し、結果の解析とテストレポートを作成する。


• 実験結果、不具合原因分析結果を顧客やボッシュ社内関連部署に説明、報告する。


• 台上実験マニュアルの策定や、実験計画策定と管理を行う。


• エキスパートのサポートとして試作ギヤの修正や部品交換等を行う。

• To clarify and analyze the requirements for EPS considering as the vehicle system level.


• To conduct and validate EPS functional test by System HIL. To investigate concerns and create test reports.


• To report/explain test result/root cause analysis to customer and Bosch internally.


• To create manual of Bench Test and manage test schedule.


• To support expert (modifying steering gear and so on.)

• メカトロニクス（H/W, S/W, 機械部品）の基礎知識。


• 技術トピックスを日英語で議論可能なスキル（日本語：ネイティブ、英語：TOEIC 650点以上が望ましい）


• 異文化への対応スキル


• ステアリングや車両技術についての知識 (preferable skill)

• Knowledge of Mechatronics (H/W, S/W, and mechanical parts)


• Negotiation skill of engineering topics in Japanese and English (Japanese: native, English: TOEIC>650)


• No border towards other cultures


• Knowledge of Steering and Vehicle technology (preferable skill)
